Standing by the head of the private force, Cherry waited for the officer he had summoned to work with her. It was rare for her to work with others but did enjoy the company sometimes.
She wore her typical black suit similar to a catsuit but breathable and more functional with a few pieces of armor and black cloak though had the hood down. The head had already known her face and other than anyone she worked with directly he was the only one in any ranks to have given the nature of her job.

Max walked into the office in his usual uniform and his stoic tight expression. He looked to her for a moment before looking at the capitan "you call me sir?"

"I have a special assignment, you will have a partner for this as it will be crossing into territory not typical of your normal assignments," he explained.
"This is your new partner, goes by the Grim Reaper, she can tell you her name if she sees fit."
He proceeded to go over the details of information that had been collected about an underground threat to the royals.

He stood an listened being sure to look over everything they had collected so far seeing it would be slightly difficult given the place they had chosen but manageable.

Cherry stood in silence as well as the details were gone over. She knew of those who were posing a threat but they were tricky to pin down. They moved bases all the time and operated in the black market frequently.

"Seems they move around often so we have to act quickly before they decide to move on and tracking them down is hard enough" he said holding up a few papers to look through

"I've been tracking them. They will be moving again in two days," Cherry spoke up for the first time.

"If that is all I will return tomorrow and we can leave. Prepare for at least two weeks of travel. You might be stuck with me for a hot minute," she replied with a chuckle and headed out of the office.

The next day Cherry returned in more travel attire and a well packed backpack.
