"It's in a volcano, Hephaestus used lava straight up as a forge and my brother decided he wanted to... Test his heat resistance and jumped in the lava like he was jumping into a pool. He's always worked with metal and glass and what not and always wanted to touch molten glass or lava directly but never could."

"Yeah he was fine, didn't bother him at all," she replied.
"But he was still in his mortal clothes so those did not survive, we had to figure out how to make new ones that would survive."

"Its not something we've thought about much, it's been more adjusting so far over anything else...and figuring out how to get my birds here also"

"Why can you not conjure your own birds to you? Or opening a fast way to them so you can just bring them through and they're home?" She asked.
Summoning their own things or companions was something she thought was standard but maybe it wasn't?

"I can teach you, you can make them immortal too. It was one of the first things I did was bring pigeons I was caring for to my new home and extended their lifespan," the roof of the building they used to live in had an abandoned pigeon roost she had resumed using growing up.
