Everyone was seated when they walked into the dining room. His dad had a confused look on his face and his mom just smiled.

He pulled out a chair for her.
"So what did you two do today?" His mom asked.
"What do you think?" His dad asked.
"We played tennis and swam." Avery answered. His mom smiled and his dad gave him a questioning look that he ignored.
