Look at the sun, it's setting so it's not your problem anymore. Kai answered and dark purple light surrounded her and Kai took her place.
She turned to the oy and siad, "Don't worry, I'm a friend, just a little more...destructive and Sage."

"doesn't change a thing we've taken out your kind before, the boy knows that." he said as the boy looked at Hiro and took a step over to him

She made a large fire wall between them and took the boy back to the path causing the rocks to collaps as well and fall into the river, weather that did anything or not, she really didn't care, she liked destruction.

Hiro laughed and stepped out of the shadow's easily appearing in front of them "your being difficult I really don't want to hurt you Kai your to pretty."

She rolled her eyes and said, "I'd like to see you try."
She threw a fireball and started runnind with the boy again.
Note to self, ask this kid his name. Kai thought.
I don't think that's very important right now, take a left at the next crossroad, it'll lead you right you of the woods. Sage said in her head. So she did as she was told since Sage was the only person she'd follow orders from unless she was at work

he disappeared again and stopped in front of them you really have to st-" he stopped in mid sentence and collapsed to the ground the real Hiro taking his place, the one that was kinder and didn't want to hurt the boy. he looked up at them and sighed "please don't run can we just talk." he said looking exhausted now

"Damn and I thought we had problems." Kai said, Kai may be a lot of things but she would never consider hurting a child the way Hiro's darker half could have.

Hiro looked up at him "I'm sorry about him it's just that the other one is misleading you kid he's a killer." he managed to say still feeling really tired. the boy just watched him and Hiro sighed "I'll keep the wolves out." Hiro added and the boy relaxed

At least you're not a killer...wait that's wrong, um, at least you have good intentions, yeah that works! Sage said in her head, Kai laughed out loud, the first time in a while that she had and said, "Oh Sage."
She didn't care that they were there and she looked like she was crazy.

"Sage you mean that pretty girl that I was scared he was going to hurt to get to the boy." Hiro said pulling himself up with a rock "my names Elliot." the boy said quietly
"well anyways you need to tell us where the other one is he's putting humans in danger." Hiro said looking at Elliot now

He thinks I'm pretty? Sage asked.
Duh you just heard him say that. Kai thought.
"What do you mean? Is he hurting humans?" Kai asked.

"He's been the reason for the unsolved murders here lately we've been after him." Hiro said as Marcus walked back in as a person now "so the only one who knows where he is is the kid." Marcus said and Elliot looked down "but he's taking care of me I'll have no where else to go." he said quietly and Hiro sighed "that's not true you can stay with us, we'll get you enrolled and school and cleaned up it'll all be fine."

"And that is all assuming your evil side doesn't kill him while he's with you right?" Kai asked coldly.

"it was only because he thought the boy was protecting him and knew he was a killer, and I saw that the boy knows nothing but his location that's how I got him to calm down enough for me to force him out of control." Hiro explained with a sigh

"And he was ready to hurt Sage and that doesn't fly with me so I'm not going to even try and be nice." She said simply.
Anyone who hurts Sage is dead. She thought smugly.
