Beth sat at the top of a high tree, someone was slated to die in just a few seconds from the same drunk driver that had killed a young girl just two years before. She hated it but there was nothing she could do, God could still stop her from helping and even if she wasn't on his side, he could still stop her from saving a life when she was Death.

Jake was sitting in the grave yard in front of Hailey's grave. He always came there to talk to her hoping she could somehow hear what he was saying. She always heard him though because he spiritt never left but she wasn't there at the moment. she was on the side of the road watching that same man in the car. she looked down then back up as she disappeared and the man seemed to be suffocating now, she wanted him dead and she wanted him gone

She noticed the change, the truck swerved around the person but the driver had suddenly died. The minute he did die she was there. She had felt him suffocate and knew someone else had interefered.
She sent the man's soul away from him to be judged nad searched for who it was that had interfeared. At the present time she was completely invisible to the human eye

Hailey was back behind her brother again, watching him
"I just wish I could see you Hailey, nothing's the same anymore." he said with a sigh
"I'm right here I always have been." she said quietly, knowing he couldn't see her

She made herself appear human and visited the cemetary as well, a friend of hers (human) had died about five years ago. She sat at her grave and just talked to her.
"Hi Lucy. I heard a song today that had the same name as you. I think you would have liked it. I hope you're doing okay." She siad, she didn't expect a responce, Lucy was in heaven, she knew for a fact so she wouldn't ever get the chance to see her again.

Hailey looked over in that direction and appeared behind her having a funny feeling about her she wanted to make sure she didn't go near Jake

"I'm sorry but I can't help." She said, she could easily make her visible or give some else the ability to see the dead but God wouldn't let her no matter how hard she tried.

"no one can help," she said taking a step back "gods not even there is he? he doesn't care does he...he hates me." she mumbled before disappearing and reappearing next to her brother

Jake was sitting next to the grave still just watching it as she just watched him "you'll see me somehow." she said disappearing once again. Jake sighed and got up setting her favorite roses on her grave before walking away

She was already walking out of the cemetary.
