Beth was severly on edge and refused to leave his side. Tanjiro was just worried in general, and not sure what to do.
"This is so out of the blue." He muttered trying to figure out what caused it.

Hailey was holding Jake's hand crying as his heart rate dropped, significatly close to flat lining

"Um, i-it's a heart disease that c-can be dormant in a body for many years without the person noticing until they hit a certain age it strikes, the first few minutes of it striking are startling to the person and is slightly painful, but then the person goes into a coma like stage until the heart stops completely. Much like falling asleep after having heartburn and taking meds to sooth it. I know this isn't the right time to explain it but I thought you two should at least know what's happening." Beth said in a monotone like tone but some tears rolled down her cheeks

Beth disappeared to greet him in death.
She had no idea what to say, she usually didn't say anything, but this, this was completely different

Jake was offly confused, he wanted to go back and calm down his baby sister more then anything right now she was broken down and wouldn't release her grip on him

"The sooner we get you to heaven so you can change, the sooner you can get back to Hailey." She siad after several mintues.

She held out her hand for him to take, it was easy for spirits to get lost in this part of the stage, most called it limbo so that was one of the reasons for Death to be brought about, to help thosto stay out of limbo, it was ipossible to tell what you'd find there
