Once they landed he pulled her into the house and called, "Mom? You home?"
"Yes." She called.
"Come here, there's someone I want you to see." He called and you could hear footsteps coming down the stairs and then down the hall

She came into the room and stopped, staring in wonder at her. She had cut off her long hair into a crew cut, but she was still generally the same

"I'm supposed to watch everyone, keep everyone from going against there tasks and I missed something, I missed them and they got everyone killed." she said plopping down on a chair "Damien, Marcus, Arron, Allie, Kira......everyone."

"they didn't make you watch, they kept saying "it's your job, it's your job" over and over I just wanted it to stop." she said, her hair covering her eyes "the worst to watch was when they took Damien. I begged them to let him go." a tear slipped down her cheek, Damien was her lover back then and she watched them torture and kill him. that once hurt her most of all

Vivian hugged her and said, "It was a horrible time, but your free now and it's in the past. I don't understand your pain because they didn't make me watch as much....but there is really nothing we can do about it now, it won't help on dwelling and picking at the wounds, let them heal."
