Diamon was out in the main area between cabins with some of Hade's kids they were sitting out by a fire smoking as they did

She and the kid, who was about thirteen named Hunter, said bye to Grover as he headed in his own direction and Elda started to fly the two back. They had to make camp for the night because flying a passenger tired Elda out.

"dude Diamon how can you stay out so late?" Landen asked looking over at him
Diamon shrugged and took another smoke on his cigarette "I just can I like staying up."
Landon chuckled "oddest son of Apollo ever."

They got up early and headed for camp again. Hephaestus claimed Hunter by the time they got to the border. She landed outside the border at the bottom of the hill.

some kids were sitting there watching Diamon kick a guys ass
"how does he have that much pent up anger?" a boy asked
"it's because Apollo has seen all his other kids, but he's Left Diamon alone. Diamon has never even had a look at his father." one girl said back

Before they made their way up the hill, they were, of course attacked by a monster, or several in this case, harpies, ones that Elda had fought before but there were more than there had been last time.
"Hunter, get up the hill and past the tree, in the valley there is a cluster of buildings and stuff, it'll look weird but go to the country house and ask for Chiron." She said.
"But what about those things?" He asked pointing at the flying harpies that were heading their way.
"Don't worry, I'll take care of them." Elda answered. He tried to protest so Elda pulled him up the hill as fast as possible as they flew down. They swiped at them and Elda snapped her wings out to protect Hunter and felt the claws rake them. She hissed in pain and slashed the harpy in half.
"Run Hunter!" She yelled at him.

Diamon got up to help with one of the kids who cut there side open. he healed it up and went to see what was going on with the kids

She killed two more harpies and was glad that Hunter did as she said and went into the camp.

"Chiron?" Hunter asked and Chiron went up to him.
"Elda needs help and I don't know what to do." He said to Chiron.
"Percy, go find an archer and you two go help Elda, Annabeth take Hunter to the right cabin." Chiron said and the two did as he asked

Diamon walked by, saw them and looked over
"what the hell happened to her?"

"Some flying monsters with female human faces attacked and she kept yelling at me to go to Chiron so I thought he could help." Hunter called as Annabeth took him to his new cabin
"You're an archer, you and Percy go help." Chiron said to him.

Elda was already tired from flying a passenger but she was determined to get the last few harpies, even if she was still severely outnumbered even after killing half of them.

he sighed, took care of the problem and looked at Elda
"okay come on lets go get you fixed up you look dead."

"I have nectar and I've been told often that I look dead so I most likely always look dead. Thanks but no thanks I'm fine." She said taking a swallow of nectar and most of the wounds healed. there were still large scratches on her wings but they were scabbed over now.

"ah ah ah no if your going to be difficult I'll get those fixed since you obviously like leaving." he said walking up to her

"I have no place here, what's the point in staying? Besides it's only a day or two more of healing before I can fly again, I've taken journeys without flying just fine." She answered

he chuckled
"you just don't want me to touch you."
