"Mrs. Evans seems to have taken a liking to you, that's good." Sadie said

she shrugged
"I supposed, it's nice to be treated well." she said running a hand through the curls to loosen up "would still be better if this place was as it used to be. I'd still be working in here but I'd be a servant not a slave."

"Yeah if only Mr. Evans would actually make an effort to find the heirs to the throne, I'm sure they'd be better than him." Alex said

"ha yeah that would be nice, I still remember when I was a little girl and my mother told me the prince was close to my age." she smiled a little as she pulled her hair up "and I'd always think that one day he'd whisk me away, foolish dreams of a child are so much better then reality."

"He doesn't have to be a prince to be your prince charming, he could be a Lord or a commoner or even a slave like us, but that doesn't make him any more or less your prince charming." Sadie said with a shrug

"more fun that way when your a kid." she said, sitting down on one of the uncomfortable beds in there she laid down "I'm Alana by the way."

"I'm Sadie." She said.
"Alexander but most call me Alex." Alex answered

she finally looked over at Alex to get a good look at him and a bit of red tinted her cheeks which she automatically hid by laying back down on the bed
"nice to meet you both now I think we should get some rest, while we still can."

"Good idea." They said and extinguished the candles before settling down in bed

she fell asleep easily and the next morning she got up and changed quickly to get up to help with breakfast and get something herself

They also got up and changed early and went to do the work they were supposed to do

she ate then took the adviser and his wife there food before being taken away to be dressed up like a doll again since that's what Mrs. Evan's did a lot

Sadie and Alex were sent outside to do work out there

she walked out into the hall after being all dressed up again. her hair was braided with black lace running through the braid, she was sent to work with them after that

Those supervising gave Alana easy jobs to do since Mrs. Evans liked her they weren't going to work her as hard
