Constance quickly sliced through the monster before it had time to even turn around and look at her. Luke consumed the soul.
"Go home Ella, this is no place for you. These things are very dangerous and you neither have the weapon nor the training to defend yourself against them and we can't protect you. This is not a show nor is it the time or place for a learning experience. There are too many people who have become kishin eggs for us to stop. Go home so that we can do our job and get their souls before they kill anymore people." Constance said seriously. She hadn't even needed to turn around, it was part of their soul perception ability, once they recognized someone's soul it was easy to sense them.

She headed off again on pursuit of the nearest kishin soul. It took them another hour to finish and head home.
"What a day." Constance said tirdly.

Ella was with James in there huge yard they had. they were playing with squirt guns filled with red dye and wearing white to see who got hit the most
"gotcha!" James yelled and Ella screamed then let out a huff
"jerk!"

(if the point of the game is to hit each other then he's not really being a jerk...Ella has weird logic...granted she is 15, all 15 year old girls have weird logic)
Luke went inside and to his room while Constance climbed up into one of the trees in the backyard to read and study.

Luke was in his room doing homework while Constance stayed in the tree reading. She easily heard the two running around but she didn't mind.

When it started to get too dark to read she jumped down from the tree and headed to the back porch where there was light
