The crew member. Lance had been breaking other rules so Marisa decided that the next day when the landed they would leave him behind with his share of money and his possessions and set him up with a job and a place to be, she wasn't heartless but she didn't want him on the ship anymore since he was breaking rules just to spite her.

The next morning they landed at the port of a rich town where Marisa ditched Lance after telling him they she was leaving him there, then they sailed for a few more hours to a small island. The diameter of the island was on 5 miles wide and there was only one tribe living there. They had plenty of fresh water but it was medicine and money they were short on so that is what the crew gave them. They stayed overnight so crew could go shopping or exploring and whatever else.

Hailey pulled Dakota around she had a bunch of money that Dakota had stuffed in her other bag so she some shopping

Marisa wandered buying some clothes and supplies avoiding anything girly, she didn't want to tempt herself sine she did miss some girly things like pretty dresses and jewelry, she never thought she would miss wearing petticoats and corsets until she had to start tightly binding her chest.

she bought some necklaces, one was very girly and the other two were like dog tags almost for boys. she put one on Dakota and pulled him off while he carried her things with a smile

Dakota put her things on her bed and took his things to his room. she changed into a silk nightgown that was made in the village and hopped into bed
