"Have a back-up plan if he's not good and listen to her if she says that there's something wrong." Marisa said simply escorting them back to the deck as her crew finished. They took only a small portion of the large amount of money, as well as excess food and medicine they had, they were sure to make sure that it was excess but still left more than enough.
"We have everything needed Captain." Her first mate said.
"Very good get back on the ship, and release the grappling hood before setting sail this time. I swear that last ship nearly died of fright when the hook fell onto their deck." She responded making sure to be the last one to board.
"Pleasure doing business with you, remember what I said about that husband." She said before snagging a rope to swing to her ship with

she went to the edge and looked at the other ship
"right like that'll work with a father who doesnt care and a thirty year old husband. what do you even know!" she yelled
"miss Hailey d-"
"men are all the same. I'd be better off in the water dead" she added

"I know because my sister had bad luck with her husband without a back up plan so I helped her out. If you think all men are the same then why are you on a ship full of them?" She responded.

"If you want to come along then by all means. Don't make assumptions, my father was very strict on my sister, she didn't have a choice and was married off at thirteen to someone who was equally strict and abusive. But like I said it would be your choice to come along, we do not kidnap or take prisoners unless necessary and your material worth would mean nothing." She responded.
"Captain, are you sure inviting her to join us is a good idea?" Vincent asked.
"I don't care, if someone wants to join us then they are welcome to." She responded.

"but- yes miss hailey." he said not going to leave her with a bunch of men alone, especially pirates

"I can handle you pretty boy." she said going right over, Dakota had grabbed some of her things that were in a bag and since she was a girl after all there was probably nothing there for her and he went over also

"Welcome to the crew, Vendetta, keep everything running while I show these two to their quarters. Once you have an established reputation someone will end up giving you a nickname, weather you like it or not that will be what it is so heads up. Everyone, myself included, works in shifts so that we can all have freetime and time to sleep while the ship is sailing. Until you're comfortable to move you will both have your own room, it's probably smaller than what you're use to but they're next to each other and next to my own if you need anything. What can either of you do? Fighting and when running a ship? How about people skills?" She said as they walked

"i took sword and fighting training to take care of Miss hailey, and I guess she the more people skilled little socialite, i've seen her fool a man into wearing a pink dress with a bat of her eyelashes and a few little words." "Doable until you two can be taught everything there is to know about running a ship." She answered and open the doors to their rooms. "When you've settled come to my quarters so I can introduce you to the rest of the crew."

She came out and led the way back to the deck.
"Oi everyone stop what your doing and come meet the new recruits!" She shouted over the hustle and bustle. They immediately did as she said.
She introduced them and then said, I know we haven't had new recruits in a while but the same rules apply for them and the other rules apply to Miss Haley here, you know the punishments for breaking those rules. At some point I will have varying members help me in teaching them but for now they need to get use to the goings on of the ship. Back to work to whoever is on break."
She turned to Dakota and Hailey adding, "When you hear the bell ring three times that means it's time for a meal. Consistent ringing is an emergency and five rings is to get up to whoever has morning shift."
