She heard that part but decided to stay out of it, she typically left couples alone when they were bonding or on a date. She left and went to the coffee shop next door to get Will a smoothie, it was a long line.

She waited patiently in line until it was finally her turn and ordered two smoothies and waited off to the side while they were made

She picked up the smoothies and sidestepped to avoid walking into the two and walked around and on ahead

She stopped at Will's house. her little sister Amy answered the door and let her in. Liz let Amy have the rest of her own smoothie and took Will hers as well as her homework and the two work on it together, not yet knowing that Will was passing her cold to Liz, not that it wasn't a surprise the two always passed each other the other's sickness. Liz just wouldn't notice until the next morning. She had dinner at Will's house and headed home as it started to get dark. She took the shortcut through the forest as usual.
