Axella shrugged, wanting to play it off otherwise, though she didn't like them at all. She usually hid alone in her closet or something as she was embarrassed by the fact that she was scared of storms.

a huge crack went off shaking the windows around them, it didn't phase Luka he didn't even flinch "there's a hot tub to sit in in the room off mine and thats quieter then this"

Axella jumped with a short scream and with a pop she was back in her small size.

he chuckled "alright i'll leave you alone" he said walking to the door before a huge flash went off before another crash right out the window cracked the glass as usual

She yelped again and flew right out of the room, back to their room and into her closet to curl up into a ball with her hands over her ears. She was back in her bigger form now as her senses weren't as sensitive.

he walked in a opened the door crawling in and wrapping a towel around her but kept his arms around her

"I thought...you were leaving me alone? Y-you don't need to bother yourself with me. I'm just being a scaredy cat." She answered. It was a common belief that adults weren't afraid of anything, or at least something like thunder and lightning so she always looked down on herself for it and was afraid that others would as well, or laugh at her, besides the fact that her family was busy she didn't want to bother them about being scared during storms.

he smiled and kissed her hair rubbing her arms in a comforting way like a parent or well husband would "i wasn't serious, it's alright to be scared but you dont need to hide alone and take it in without some comfort" he said before another crack of thunder rang through the air it was more muffled then in the pool room "...ill get the walls soundproofed in here for you"

"Okay." She answered and flinched slightly at the sounds, but as it wasn't as loud it was easier to deal with. "you don't need to do that." Axella added in regards to the walls being soundproof.

"If they don't start out very loud then they don't really bother me, since it builds up to the loud, but like this one immediately starting loud, it takes me longer to get use to it."
