"She'll be okay in a day." Match replied with a shrug. "You're making the most of it anyways."
After a full day Match let her out, taking her to the room she shared with Seriyth. He had been watching Emma on and off through a window, being able to see in the dark well and taking more pleasure out of this than if he physically hurt her. He was glad that it was easier to torment her mentally and emotionally, her body was too lovely to damage too much.

she was rubbing her eyes still not able to adjust back to the light, she was still very shaken and looked worn out since she refused to sleep thinking something would grab her in the dark, by something she meant Match. she knew she'd never try to leave him again, she didn't want to go back in the dark, and she didn't want to get killed.

Seriyth sat by Emma once she returned, lightly brushing her hair with her fingers in a soothing kind of manner. The only good thing that came out of the attempt was learning more of the two and how well they actually were with such things as hunting and tracking as well as the competence of the guards with certain things. To really gain freedom she would need to plan more, but she was determined that they would be free someday.

she looked up at her as her eyes adjusted "i thought he was going to kill me" she said quietly, her eyes brimming with tears "i'll try to do what he says, i dont wanna go back in the scary dark room"
Alistair was listening to the two. obviously interested in what the room did to Emma that Match seemed to enjoy so much

"I'm not sure that's possible, not without some kind of direct magical or mental influence to force it. Not for Match at least. It may be possible for Alistair...but so far that hasn't proven to really work either."

"I've tried appealing to his better judgement. Believe me if I could make either of them nicer then I would have, but they've managed to develop something that blocks most of my magical capabilities and powers." She answered with a sour expression.
