She noticed him staring and unconsciously pulled at her sleeves lower, over her hands now. She use to have to cover her hands as well but recent years it wasn't needed and the wounds there had turned into faint scars that she concealed with a little bit of make-up, like what she did on her face.

She migrated to the living room to try and get use to the place, actually living there. It's not that she didn't like Asher but she was still getting use to him.
