Conner used a hose to slowly get her wet before rubbing in some of the shampoo. She had picked out a kind specifically made to kill and get things like ticks and fleas off along with a condition that reinforced it and soothed wounds and sores.

Once she was as clean as she could get Conner rinsed her off and gently rubbed in the conditioner before rinsing that out as well and drained the water. She moved the shower curtain in front of them before the dog started to shake off.

"Sounds like a good name. Okay Lila you can hop out and we'll dry you off." She said and added. "You'll want to take her to a vet and see if she's been fixed or had her shots and get a check up for anything else like worms or something."

She walked home and sat outside in the back before getting up to walk the trails as a human.
