Bella didn't like the mission involved with this place, god wanted them to completely destroy and seal it after all of them were connected, completely sealing hell. Any demons outside were to be destroyed.
She wanted no part of a plan like that, it was one thing to fight evil and protect people, it was another to seal such beings off. Not all were completely evil and they needed each other whether they liked it or not.
