There were a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and studio apartments as well and most of the buildings were two floors though the one with studios were three. She headed to her apartment on the ground floor of a two story building with the stairs nearby.

She waved and headed into her apartment. she changed into comfortable clothes and looked around for something to eat for dinner, settling on spaghetti. Her friend Alya knocked loudly on her door before walking into Alex's apartment.
"I smell food." She stated as she walked in before Alex even got to the door, which was normal.
"You better start helping me buy groceries if you're just going to keep eating my food. Alex replied.
"What? Your cooking is better."

"We have a new neighbor above us wr should ask them if they want to join us." Alya said and immediately beat the ceiling while shouting."Hey neighbor want to join us for dinner?"
"Alya just go knock on the door not beat up my ceiling." Alex scolded.
