It had been a long time since she was asked about something she wanted to do, at least since she was a little kid and teachers or other adults would ask what she wanted to be when she grew up. Though when she answered they would shoot it down with comments like "don't get your hopes up too high, that is very competitive" or "that isn't a serious job you should pick something else."
"Well I suppose not, I use to want to be a performer, like the Cirque du Soleil. Acrobatics and music, something like that. But that wasn't in the cards for me." She finally said with a shrug.
