She chuckled and tossed one into the air and threw the knife at it, pinning it to the wall.

he went up and talked to the king, she was different the the usual girls they dealt with most would just cave and talk to him if he just smiled at them but this one hated his guts

he walked down and opened the door and a little girl peeked out from behind his legs. it was the girl from when she first got caught
"well go on give it to her, she won't hurt you" he said and the little girl came out and walked over holding out a little bracelet she made for her

She had taken the trinkets apart and was presently making a string of them, looking like a necklace.
"For me?" Chris asked, clearly surprised and gently took the bracelet and held out the string of woven and attached pieces like a necklace.
