Gavin decided not to say anything from there, he had done enough as it was and clearly didn't help her feel any better.
Out in the hall Aila was working on some extra chores given to her by the head maid since she wasn't yet given any work by Kane and his room and study were cleaned up already.

Kane walked out in the hall holding his sister "you have to stop getting a crush on every boy you find cute" he quietly said to her "expecially one that's got a temper"
"he has every right to his temper with what they have been through" she mumbled

Aila ducked around a corner to stay out of the way and continue the job given to her. Gavin stepped out of the room after doing a quick security sweep and locked the door before going to attend to other security duties, though gave his sister a nod in greeting before going in the other direction.
