She talked with the cashier she was checking out with, though she was friendly he was clearly flirting.

She raised an eyebrow in question, though she had taken French through high school it had been a while since she had practiced and had never really learned much slang or practice with casual conversation so she only picked up pieces of what was said and not enough to really go on, only that it was about her, but decided not to butt in and just finished paying.

She headed home and worked on cleaning and making lunch. She has the most trouble with cleaning and often left messes alone until it was too much to stand.

He went home as well,his mother always sent him money as well as a note asking he come home so he had a nicer apartment in s good area because the thought of him being somewhere dangerous scared his mother to death.
