Personality: Scarlet got her code name for a reason, she doesn't have the typical personality and attitude that are seen with spies in how serious they often are. She can be serious when she needs to be, but she is generally a cheerful and outgoing person. She can be messy in her own space and is very creative and energetic so in most cases she is the more active one on missions. She very much uses her looks when she needs to though rarely goes all the way with someone.
Likes: Dancing, fighting, art (though preferred medium is pastels and paint, more of the messy side of things), music
Dislikes: Killing, she will do it if she has to but prefers not to kill, waiting, doesn't always enjoy the life of a spy
Good points: Creative, strategic, attractive, smarter than she is given credit for

History: She is an orphan who ended up being raised in a spy program, being taught many skills such as many fighting styles, survival, a large number of languages and cultures so as to blend in. He has a mischievous side that shows most when he and Scarlet do things like prank one another. He prefers to be in high places to see more and to see ahead.
