Eden sat back against a tree at the edge of the woods staring at her book, she was tired from a long day if work but always made time to relax a little and work on her reading. She wasnt very good at it but at least she was trying and slowly getting better. She sighed and closed her book staring up at the sky boredly wishing her parents would get home, they always livened things up around the house.

Viggo had been working on moving, finding a new place further from humans, they had developed new, massive arrows that could take dragons out of the sky easier, he even almost lost his daughter from one. So the dragons who wanted to just live in peace began taking their own measures of safety, many taking to hiding in caves or the sea.
He himself preferred caves while his daughter liked forests, though her place of living was hard to find as is.
He continued his flight, staying high enough that he felt was out of range of any of those arrows but still able to see where he was.

She stood up from her spot seeing something up in the sky and stopped making out the outline of the dragon and looked towards the direction he was headed right over her and towards the town. Which not to many people knowledge just got one of those arrow launchers and we itching to use it.
"Oh no its going to get hurt" she said to herself not exactly sure what to do

He stayed above the clouds and occasionally shifted when they broke to remain mostly unseen or not as noticeable.

She looked to the town when she heard a ruckus from them, being a town know for using dragon scales for armor and anything else useful they were known for having hunters around. A dragon that size was quite the prize so the immediataly shot for him when they saw even a glimpse of him
Eden quickly scrambled towards the rocks near the house to get a better look hoping they didnt hurt him

He heard the ruckus below and dodged the arrows, growling and very tempted to attack back, though had been trying to at least be a little bit better about controlling his temper.

A perfectly shot arrow managed to hit him directly under the right wing and she flinched

He roared as it hit, moving to the direction he was heading and crash landed deep in the forest close to where he intended to go.

"Oh man oh man" she said scrambling off the rock grabbing her bag and stuffing medical supplies into it and grabbing her bow and arrow in case of wild animals before quickly going into the woods
"Its just a lizard eden" she said to herself "a big toothed lizard with wings" she added shuddering as she saw the broken branches knowing she was getting close

He grit his teeth around the arrow to yank it out, glad it didn't go deep enough to not be able to remove safely but it would take time to heal after smelling poison on the arrow. Not prevent enough to kill him but definately to keep him down for a little while.

"Just a large....." she stopped when she pulled the branches back and saw how massive he was "...lizard" she mumbled gently dropping her bag beside her

He heard the branches move and turned his head in her direction while spitting the arrow out, a low growl of warning in his throat.

She took a slightly step back "i-its okay I just want to help " she saw the blood from the wound and she sighed "that must have hurt" she slowly pulled a jar from her bag "and I know they put poison on those to keep you down for a few days..if you just let me help you you can go home" she slowly took a few steps forward as she spoke "you can go somewhere that those awful people cant hurt you anymore, I dont want them to hurt you or anyone else anymore"

He watched her cautiously, his tongue flicking out to smell the air around her and investigate what she was carrying.

She slowly stepped closer now within reach and held the jar out to him "see just herbs and stuff, it will sting a bit when applied but it will draw out poisons"
