Alice sat out on the balcony, staring off beyond the wall of the palace grounds and taking some time to enjoy the quiet.

It was pretty peaceful out, the birds were chirping and it many were out doing there tasks for the day as many finished during the early hours before it got warmer

She leaned back, pulling her feet up on the chair with her and started to doze curled up like that.

Valek had quietly went into her room and saw her dozong off so he just sat in the chair beside her without a sound

Though she didn't hear him she felt him there but kept her eyes closed, waiting to see if he was just going to wait or leave.
