"Look man, believe me or don't, I'm not feeling any real pain. I'm just speculating based on my history of being hit on the head alright? Humans have crystals in their inner ears that helps control balance. It isn't uncommon for them to be knocked loose and cause frequent vertigo migraines. Certain motions of the head done by a doctor or yourself with practice can put them back or another minor hit can do it too."
