"If there are any leftovers I'll have some of that, it smelled really good I have to admit," she answered sheepishly, blushing lightly. It was one thing she had trouble saying no to, a home cooked meal. That and a hot bath or shower. Those were the things she considered a luxury and did enjoy about the idea of a home.

"What are you doing?" Maverick asked and Alex walked down the hall with the food
"Hunters hungry so I offered to grab her leftovers"
"Hand it over, I'll take it to her" he said and she held it out so he could take it "Elijah's looking for you, he's waiting to go" Alex nodded and left before maverixk headed the rest of the way and knocked lightly on her door

She had since changed into more comfortable clothes, yoga pants and a tank top while pulling out a few weapons to clean and sharpen when she heard the knock.
"Come in," she called, briefly turning her head to the direction of the door, though resumed what she was doing in sorting through what needed to be worked on and what all was still okay as far as equipment in general. She could see the door out of the corner of her eyes but assumed it was just Alex.

He opened the door and stepped in closing it behind him before looking up and he just kind of stared for a moment. "Uh...food?" Was all that came out
