"So what'd you see outside?" Zaltana asked once they were outside again.
"Minotaur." Jacob said simply.
"Just the one?" She asked. He nodded as there was a loud ground shaking roar from the woods.

Zaltana pulled out a light and clicked it on. It immediately changed into a bow and arrows while Jacob did the same and they followed the sound of the roar.
"Wonder if mortals can hear monsters or if they just can't see them." Jacob wondered aloud.
"Who knows." Zaltana answered.

The monster disappeared and they walked home.
"Later." Jacob said and went to his house.
"Peace out lover-boy." She said jokingly and went to her own house.
