She smiled and looked around in aw. She avoided looking above since it made her feel clausterphobic, instead she looked at all the houses.

She walked around, she wasn't tired or anything since night and day didn't matter underwater so she had slept earlier that day before she left.

She seemed to be the only one awake and walking around the area.
So this is what it's like on land. She thought. Maybe it was just the area but this wasn't anything like her friend Lacy described when she went to the surface for her year.

"Ship." She answered. In a way that was true, about halfway she came in what they called a ship but it was more like a pod, the rest of the way she swam on her own.
