Got a little bored so I started a new story
The woods filled with nothing but darkness descended on by fog covering the landscape hiding all shadows with an eerie glow brought on by the moon. The only sounds heard from the vast woods are the cooing of an owls call and the foot steps of one boy. His eyes filled with worry as the shadows are un mistakable to him from within the fog and forlorn landscape. The life left from it once the darkness sets in, only thing that dared walk about at the suns fall is death itself, or so they thought.
The boy looked around carefully as Shadows shifted from place to place watching his every move, but no matter how silent those moves were they still kept coming watching him from the fog. Steps became quicker as branches now snapped around him, noises not made by him. They were from another source, not one he was about to find out about. The tree’s seemed to stare down at him as he ran through the fog stumbling over every single root that seemed to only appear under his feet. Losing his footing he fell to the ground, mud covering him. The boy carefully but quickly got back to his feet and started running once again now trying to miss as many roots and branches as he could, already covered in scratches the boy was weak and tired, but he had no will to give up. only to keep going.
His Blue eyes were weary and had a sense of distress as he heard the noises getting closer and an eerie laugh. One that sent a chill down his spine, such and sadistic laugh it seemed almost happy to torture him. Still searching for a way out, a plan that had no avail at all he just kept on running straight, straight into a fog that seemed to get thicker and thicker until you can no longer see in front of you.
