There was someone next door to them who had just been murdered. She hated that she couldn't have stopped it, there were so many lives that could have been saved if God wasn't so selfish.

Beth felt the death as if it was her own, it was always like that ever since she was thrown out so she was used to it by now, or at least that's what she always told herself.

She no longer had her cloak and scythe but her chains where still visible and her wings open a little. She watched as police arrived and parcked all around the house and close to Jake's house.
