"Mhm." She answered as the teacher continued to go over the handbook. It was supposed to take a few days to get through the whole thing so she went back to oragami

Nico pretty much napped

a storm was starting to roll in and you could see Nico was a little skiddish because of it but Jericho sighed "calm down." he said as they were at there lockers "right right calm down breath." Nico said to himself taking in a breath

River hung up the oragami sculptures in her locker, just to have a place to put them and got her stuff. She bit down on her lip to keep calm, she didn't mind storms much, but they often brought seizures and sometimes even visions in those seizires.

She headed home to change into her normal clothing and then walked to the shop as it started to rain. She didn't use an umbrella so by the time she got there she was pretty wet

Nico was outside since he had to go get something and there was a rumble of thunder which made his ears shoot up

a lightnight stike spooked him and he became a kitty, a cute soaking wet kitty

Ali noticed him as she headed into the shop.
"Aw, poor kitty, come inside and get dry." She said to him.

Nico looked at her with those big blue eyes and scampered into her arms. stormed really scared him
Nico was supposed to meet Jericho at his house but seeing it was storming and how tey freaked Nico out he just thought he wasn't coming

She brought him inside and to the back room.
"Hey River where are the towels? this kitty got wet from the rain." Ali asked.
"Storage room." River said distracted, she was studying the chrystal ball intently. There were clouded shapes and every-so-often they took form in her eyes, but they confused her.

She found a towel a brought it back to the back room (I'm just saying she left him on the table next to the ball).
"Ha, ha, found one." She said triumphantly.
River raised her eyebrows at her adoptive sister and said, "It's a towel, not the Holy Grail, it's not that big of an accomplishment to find a towel in a store that tends to set the fire sprinklers off on a weekly basis because someone is a pyro."
"Hey it's not my fault that the sprinklers are so sensitive and I wasn't the one who burned the bones the last sevral times, as I recall that was, ah, yeah you." Ali said sticking her tong out at her.
"Yeah, yeah, now please if you have to dry the random cat on a talbe then take him to another one that doesn't have two hundred year old Tarot cards and a three hundred year old crystal ball on it. Thank you very much." She said with a smile

Nico saw the cards laying down and he kind of patted at one, not letting his claws out he just wanted to try. he meowed then hopped off the table and onto another one near by
