This character was created for an original story and altered for a Ben 10 fanfic, i really like her altered self so I'm posting that one on here

Personality: Ji is a very happy-go-lucky kind of girl. She jokes around all the time even during fights and plays harmless pranks on those she cares about and dangerous ones on enemies. She is the kind of person who has everything when it is needed and no one knows where she got it from or how it fit into her bag or how she kept it on her. She grew up training for anything that could happen. When she does get serious during a fight those who know her, know that the situation is very serious and her enemies better watch out. She enjoys dressing in Steampunk clothes.

Good points: Caring, very good at fighting, smart, strong, always prepared, funny, despite the one functioning eye she is still the best with aim
Bad points: Has one functioning eye so is still learning how to compensate, not the best with depth perception, stubborn, never backs down even on the brink of death, can be a real hard ass, hides all feelings that aren't humorous or serious.

History: Her father was a rare version of a Celestialsapien whose split consciousness always agreed and if they didn't it did not take long at all to come to a decision, her mother was a highly trained agent and top in the Plummer ranks (intergalactic police/agency to keep peace throughout the galaxy). They raised Ji on her training so her abilities were at an adults level by the age of 13 when the war against Ben started. It had been around that time that they had begun to teach her how to use her alien abilities, but wars broke out and some enemies managed to kill both of her parents before she learned much more.
Unknown abilities: Telekinesis, Time/Space travel (she can send clones out, but hasn't discovered how to do it herself), can create almost anything she imagines (short of galaxies and other large things), changing into a Celestialsapien (in appearance)
