he ended up finishing his rounds before going outside to practice a little with the guards to see how well the security here worked, obviously he bested them all easily

The king sat outside, speaking with the Captain of the guards as they oversaw some of the training, deciding what needed improvement. The king was pleased with Jasper's skills.

he took some guys feet right out from under him and the guy landed on his ass shocked "how did you even do that I didn't even see you do-what just happened " he guy said as Jasper shrugged

"A good choice in terms of protection for the princess, but is is really for personality compatibility? Do you think they could get along? They seem very different." The Captain asked.
"I think they can balance and influence one another for the better. His serious nature could help her buckle down in normal situations and not just strict times when she needs to be and she may be able to help him loosen up and relax a little more. Even soldiers and guards needs to know when they can relax or do their job as well as enjoy themselves once in a while."

Jasper eyes flicked slightly over to the two, his hears was above average and he caught a slight bit of what was said after taking his attention off the guard in front of him before grabbing his shirt and wiping the sweat of his face "so this the best you guys can do?"
"come on were trying"
"then why are you stil on your ass?" Jasper asked coldly and the guys scrambles to his feet before Jasper started walking off

"You should tell the princess soon. We have no idea at this moment when he plans to move and come see her, but it will not be much longer now. She needs to know." The Captain continued.

Jasper walked through the hall to his room with his shirt on his shoulder getting giggles from the maids because he was very well defined and fit

Cassandra was still work on gymnastics, though was rope climbing before making her way back down in more unconventional manners than taking the rope back down, instead using what was close, like with parkour.

h'd cleaned up then leaned against the wall watching he carefully

She sat on a bar that was about fifteen feet over the ground and noticed Jasper there, she waved with a smile.

he gave a short wave "heads up your father's going to walk to talk to you at some point today"

"Did he actually say that? Because unless he says something outright doesn't really determine if he will or not."

"He was speaking to the capitan or whoever he is, he's going to explain why I'm here to you so your not in the dark" he said simply

She fell upside down and swung there for a little bit before responding.
"Tall lanky guy with crazy firery hair, doesn't look like too much of a solder? If that was him then yes that is the Captain, he is more serious when speaking with my father, but if you meet him on your own he'll likely be wearing a hint of a smile that makes you wonder if he put itching powder in your shoes or something. Anyways he may have been talking about telling me, but unless he specifically stated that he would today it doesn't necessarily mean he will today. It usually means tomorrow or the day after unless it is time sensitive or very important."

he watched her "my being here seems very important in my oppinion, it's for your safety he'd obviously see that as priority but who knows"
