he looked at her and stuffed his nose in her hair and sniffed "jet, must you always smell new people's hair?!" the horse pulled his head back and just bobbed his head up and down like he was nodding as he was saddled up. Alex brought over a little ladder and held out a hand "I'll help you on up"

he got up behind her and took the reigns before jet slowly trotted out of the stable

She gripped the knot on the saddle and sat so that she wasn't completely in the way, though a little nervous, not having been this close to anyone before.

the trails went along a stream where animals typically all came for water since it was the forests main water source so deer and rabbits were always near by
