No one dared ask what was going on, when someone asked questions they were severely punished for it.

She directed the wagon to a cottage just outside the main part of town and they started to unload and bring things into the house. It was mostly just basic supplies and goods to trade and sell for their cover while observing the town over the next few days.

They mostly kept to themselves over the next few days besides opening a stand in the market. Being a town where it wasn't often to have newcomers they had attention, and the goods they sold at a reasonable price were rare in this area of the kingdom.

We were going to investigate, but wanted your opinion first." He explained, indicating the three on the other side of the square, two running the stand and Chris looking around the market herself to buy some food.

Chris chatted as she shopped and returned to their stand to help get started in packing up for the day since the market was closing soon. Their story was that they were siblings selling goods for their family back home for a few days, it was a simple enough story and people accepted it just fine and became more intrigued by them, they didn't really share many specific traits but were all three attractive. "People do say I look just like our mom and they look more like our dad and his parents. I guess they got the more diverse side of the family and I just turned out as a copy." Chris joked with a woman who was asking about it. She woman smiled and accepted it before heading home before curfew.
