Gavin did not really notice that she was looking at him in any special way, he was concerned about the attacker now that Elliana was alert again and, according to Kane, Aila was doing okay, his mind wandered to him.
(i have an idea for the attacker if that's okay with you?)

"Guess I'll go get her" he said getting up and leaving the two alone.
Eliana watched her brother leave and when the door clicked closed she looked at him "thank you for that" she said quietly before kissing him on the cheek

"For what?" He asked in confusion. His mind was still partly on the attacker, he had recognized him and he was sure the attacker had recognized Gavin as well, who sensed he was a magic user.

"I was still too slow....but he is....different." Gavin mused and looked over at them, mostly at the marks that were still evident on his sister's body from the pure iron chains she had been wrapped in, blistery and red, though would fade in a few days.
He looked away and back to Elliana.

her smiled went away and she quickly looked down shaking her head

Alia wasn't sure what to do or say so she stood quietly off to the side to be out of the way.
Gavin gave Elliana a questioning look, not fully believing it, since the two returned he had not seen her drink any blood and that was part of the reason he and his sister were given to them.
"Are you sure?" He asked.

"Just take it will you?" He said to her.
"You aren't going to win this, Gavin is very stubborn when he's being caring." Aila whispered to Elliana.
