he led her outside and put her up on a horse before they headed back to the castle

She sat and rode along.

once back they sent her to a few maids who took her into a huge bedroom and led her to the bathroom "you can get cleaned up dear we we have clothes ready when you are done"
as they sat down for dinner a guard whispered something to him and he nodded "inform me when it's all set" he said and the guard left once again

She felt weird to be in such a large room and being waited on, use to doing the waiting on.

she smiled at her "the bath is ready for you to scrub up" the maid said shutting the door behind her
he smiled at her "i just put together a special surprise is all"

they waited for her to finish and got her a dress
he nodded "i would tell you but it would spoil it"

She took a quick bath and stepped out in a robe.

the ladies had a few choices of very beautiful dresses for her to choose from and smiled "take your pick"
"only the best for what we hope is the girl his majesty picks to-" the other girl elbowed her in the ribs "oh right sorry sorry"

"Oh, I couldn't wear something as nice as this." She replied and was confused by what was said though didn't push it, eventually choosing one of the dresses that didn't stand out as badly.
