Chloe and connor sat in the dining room, as usual father was in his study eating and working leaving the two by themselves. Lately he had been on edge and wouldnt ket them leave the house, chloe would whine all the time about it but he didnt listen and connor he disnt care as he never left much anyways

The two arrived at the large estate they were being sent to and stood at the door for a moment before ringing the bell and waited for an answer.

The butler opened the door and let them in as her father came out of his study to greet them
Chole peeked around the corner curiously as connor didnt move from his chair "what are you doing?"
"Why does father have people over? And why are they hot?"
Connor got up "huh?" He peeked around the corner with his sister as well
"Welcome, I have to say you are not what I expected "
