He let out a sigh "yeah that would probably be a good idea" he replied now noticing how tired he really did feel

She gently took his hand and finished the walk back to the base and to the room she had been using so that he could rest.
"I'll go get something for you to eat."

He sat on the edge of the bed and ran a hand through his hair but didn't let go of her hand "id rather you stayed here.."

"Okay," she squeezed his hand and handed him a cup of water she had close by at least.
"Have some water at least."

He took it a drank it without complaining before falling back into the bed with a tired sigh.

She laid down beside him

He pulled her into his chest burying his face into the crook of her neck with a sigh "much better"

She smiled, wrapping her arms around him.

He ended up falling asleep like that, everything that happened had made him more tired then he showed or realized himself .

Stella stayed where she was with him, eventually falling asleep herself.

He didn't wake up for a while, usually he made it on 4 hours of sleep on a normal basis but he was well past 10 hours by the time he woke

When Stella woke up she managed to ease herself out of his grip to bring food and sat back down with him while he continued to sleep.

He sat up when he smelt the food and groaned "what time is it?"

[***Stormchaser***]

"Nine am," they had laid down around eight or so the day before.

[~Amber~]

"Shit your kidding? I slept that long that's a waste of time"
