"Unlike all the dark colors Lazarus perfers...it is nice though, decorating for a baby that I know will be safe and will know her parents unlike me or any of the other saints did"

"You guys didn't know your parents? Why not?"

"We were all taken as infants once it was verified what we were. From that age we were treated the way you were once accustomed to and trained as soon as we are old enough to begin" she sighed "none of us knew our parents nor do we remember anything about them"

"Hm I never knew that. Another positive change to come out of this then. Speaking of how is the baby boy doing? The new Fire Saint?"

"Oh he's doing so well, though we have to keep an eye on him. When he throws a tantrum he heats up and I'm the only one who can handle him without mits on I that moment." She laughed "hes like a little hot potato"

She grinned, "cute, but dangerous yes."

"Who knows maybe your baby will have something special she can do too" Mel said picking up the paint samples they didn't want

"Yeah I expect her to be magical in some way."

"Definitely going to be something interesting, possibly a magic form that's rarer"

"Thinking of anything specific?"

[~Amber~]

"Well there are extemely rare forms of dark magic that have only occurred once or twice. And given Lazarus being the father it's very possible for that to be the outcome"

"Could you imagine if it went the other way and she ended up being the new light saint?" She asked with a laugh.

"Can you imagine dealing with her and Lazarus butting heads" she shook her head with a smile "you would have one hell of a time dealing with that"

"Maybe when she's a teenager, but I'm sure she's going to be such a daddy's girl regardless."

"I feel bad for anyone who tries to get close to your daughter. You see how protective of you he is imagine his princess wanting to go on a date" she laughed "that poor poor soul"
