She blushed slightly "what was that?"

He pulled her to his chest and fell asleep, with the closeness she could feel that he was burning up

"I don't really want to make you uncomfortable by repeating it."

Her blush deepened as he pulled her onto the bed. She adjusted to get the cool rags she had brought along for his fever and put one at the back of his neck and the other on his forehead.

"I'm standing here undressed I can assure you not much could make me uncomfortable right now"

He relaxed more and bumper jumped up with them

He sighed. "It's not that I don't want to, you know look at you, but you've been through enough with that kind of lecherous crap, you don't need to hear about anything related from me."

She felt too nervous to relax, but didn't move.

"Do when you look at me, you think in such a way?"

Bumper moved to lay next to her wagging his tail as Lazarus slept

"I don't know about that far, I think more of just finding you attractive..." He tried to explain it without getting flustered and refocused on the seal long enough to break it as it disappeared.

She let Bumper lay at her side and lightly pet him.

She let out a breath as the feeling of her magic flooding back with a warm feeling. She picked her dress back up ans began to redo the buttons "well next time a women undresses infront of you, do t tense up so much "


He laid with them and after a while Lazarus woke up

"Sorry" He replied.

She had begun to doze a little bit after a while, not having anything else to occupy her mind with.

"Its not your fault if you arent used to it, just a warning for when you have a serious enough relationship that when your girlfriend does so she doesnt feel self conscious" she said finishing the buttons before looking up at him "but thank you for that "

He didnt move as he looked at her kind of wondering if hed pulled her down or she crawled in with him

"I wouldn't have responded the same way if that were the case."

She woke up and noticed that he was awake and that she was mostly free and scrambled up and away. "Didn't have to do that to prevent me from leaving. I said I wouldn't."

"Right, as I'm not a romantic interest you have no want to touch me in such a way" she said fixing the last of the buttons

He watched her carefully "didnt have to scramble away so quickly"

"What are you talking about?" He asked confused. "I was nervous about it because of the fact that I like you and that we didn't have an established relationship."

She wasn't really sure what to say, she had been scared that he forgot that he was the one who pulled her into bed and would have been mad that she was there, she also wasn't use to sharing sleeping space with anyone other than when her parents were alive.
"These need to be switched out anyways, and I'm sure you're hungry." She said quickly to move away from the topic and picked up the cloths and put a new one on his head after feeling it.
"Seems your fever is breaking, that's good. Worst is over with as long as you keep resting."

She looked back up at him "you....you like me?" She was having an issue believing that he would be interested that way.



He sat up with a sigh "please dont be afraid of me, that's the last thing I want"

"Of course, but that wasn't something I wanted to talk about while you were undressed or anything. Like I said you've dealt with enough creeps for a while, you didn't need me creeping on you by staring or anything."

"But...you seemed to want me to be afraid of you when we met." She replied confused.

"I wouldn't see you as a creep" she said watching him "even if you stared at me, I'd rather you did over trying to not do so"

"Things change...." he laid back down "but I wont hurt you, you have no reason to fear me"
