Not really a character I plan to expand on for rps but some of his info plus a pic of him will be put here
Name: Phillip
Age: Presently 29 (21 at time of Abby's conception)
Hair: Dark brown/black
Eyes: Hazel
Personality: Pretty typical entitled rich kid
family and History: His family was already wealthy with his dad being a 'lawyer' the kind who mainly defended fellow rich people and get them out of punishment for their crimes before becoming Governor, doing the bare minimum for the lower class to keep them passified. When Phillip forced himself onto Cora the local police pressured her into not pressing charges or saying anything, intimidating and threatening.
A little while after that his grandfather passed away leaving a fortune to Phillip if he married and had any children so he began checking in with any woman he's been with before remembering Cora and started to look for her, finding that she had a daughter that was just the right age. He's presently working to find out for certain if he could be her father.
