He was a little nervous about going into town for the first time in years. As well as hoping his sister actually missed him

She drove in relative silence as they went and came across a traffic block, slowly letting people in or out after a quick look into vehicles.
"Let's see Joe well my spell worked." She muttered as they approached and stopped so the officers could look in before waving them on.

She drove on once they were waved on and relaxed more herself afterwards.
