He sat on his bed with a groan and tried to shake the thoughts in his head away but it wasn't working "damn women, what is she doing" he was driving her up the wall recently and it wasn't just with her not listening to him or being cocky and he had no idea what to do about it

She stayed awake for another few hours until the cold finally got to her and she went to bed.

He stayed up through the night as usual not needed to sleep and tried to focus on working instead of her

She woke up just a couple of hours later and went out to go on an early morning walk.

Valek was out in the woods just sitting up in a tree trying to get his mind cleared

She walked along the trail that lined the outside of the woods, enjoying the quiet of the morning.

He let out a breath and stopped, smelling her.he hadent fed in a while and his instinct took over as he silently hopped from his tree and went after her

She didn't really notice yet as she continued on her own walk.

He quietly came up behind her and grabbed her wrist swinging her around and pressing her against a tree. His eyes burned bright red and he didn't say a word to her

She squeaked in surprise though managed to figure out what had happened.
She waited, looking back at him, his eyes both terrifying and captivating in how they practically glowed.

He moved to her neck a bit down. It would sting for only a moment before relaxing her due to a chemical they released to keep humans from struggling too much

Alice was beginning to to get use to it, the bite never hurting her much, it was always the relaxing agent that she found weird.

His eyes began to go back to normal and he was coming out of his daze as he quickly pulled away from her and stepped back

"Feeling better?" She asked, though was a little uneasy on her feet and leaned back against the tree.
