She watched the fish in the calm pool to the side next to the fast rushing river. She noticed how naivete Mae seemed to be and very much like a child so she had a protective instinct that told her not to leave her alone in the forest, especially at night.

Mae pulled herself off the ground
"I should go." she smiled at Sally "night night." she said skipping off with the fishy food

"Night. Be careful." She said and watched her go. She could see enough to be able to see if anything happened from here to her getting into her apartment.

When she saw her go back in she got up and went deeper into the forest and let her wings grow from her back and got a running start before taking off into the night sky. Because of her dark clothing and dark wings the only thing of her that could be seen at all was her pale skin, pale blonde hair and crimson eyes that practically glowed

Sally flew around, she rarely needed sleep so most nights she flew lower over the city being more bold than she would in the day

the next morning Carmon had work and Mae was all alone sitting outside the apartment just watching the sky

Sally went in for a few more interviews and had been called in for a few second interviews

Mae sat out there all by herself just bored and alone not feeling to happy being alone
Carmon worked at a restaurant that was really only up to hot guys and girls working to pull in more customers. and most of the time the girls asked to have Carmon as their waiter

Sally walked by the restaurant to get to her next destination and didn't give it any attention despite the sign that said they were hiring. She'd met the manager there and he had offered her a job, but when she found out it was because she was attractive, she immediately rejected it. She hated places like that, they reminded her too much of her family and home.
