She barely made it to the interview at the Planetarium. This was the job she wanted most, she loved astronomy and would forever be happy to work at Planetariums or NASA. NASA was her career goal but she didn't have high hopes that she would ever get the chance to work there.

Carmon continued to work and Mae was in the woods talking to the little animals
"I don't know but Sally's not very smiley." she said to the bunny
"maybe we can do something and she was talking to her daddy once and it was odd cuz he was like poof gone at one point."

She felt that the interview went okay and wandered around town when it was finished. She hadn't walked around town yet and she felt it would be a good idea to get a ground view of it.

She didn't start heading back to the building until around ten p.m. and by that point she had no idea where she was so she took off into the sky from a secluded area

Like always, Sally was a little more reckless when flying at night, since she typically wore a lot of black and her wings were black the only but that anyone could really see would be her face and hair, especially her eyes since they often glowed a little and she flew lower than usual since very few people were out and those who did see her often thought they were just imagining it since she was gone when they looked again.

Mae walked near the river and hit some wet moss. she screamed and fell into the deadly current

She heard the scream and dove down and flew after her. She grabbed her wrists and landed, planting her feet firmly and pulled her out of the water. Her wings had already retracted into her back and they both fell onto the grass
