"Alright. I have time and not far so I'll be there in a minute. Who should I be looking out for?" She replied, glad that it was just down the block from the cafe she was presently sitting at and left to meet him, walking down the sidewalk.

"Alright. I will see you in a moment then." She replied before hanging up and walked into the cafe a few blocks down and looked around before seeing the only male with a stack of papers in front of him. Tegan recognized him as the guy from the night before.
Just my luck. Maybe he's not so bad. She thought and walked over.
"Hello, we just spoke on the phone, I'm Tegan." She introduced herself politely.

he sat back "well i hate cleaning so i was going to just cover about 90 percent of everything and just leave a small portion on whoever takes it....i hate cleaning but i dont like to hire out maids and stuff they can be sneaky"

I've looked into the area your apartment is at and the rent varies depending on how many rooms you've got and the amenities you include." She replied. Tegan didn't mind cleaning in of itself and if it could get her out of her parents house she'd be perfectly fine with it, but she didn't want him taking up such a high percentage of the bills and rent. She could afford to help more than that once she was away from her parents who took about half of her pay. they would be taking the rest if Tegan hadn't gotten a secret bank account and managed to save it.

"well mine has 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms and fully updated and includes everything but internet and cable so it's about 2 grand ish" he said thinking over a rounded number for how much he pays a month

She replied with a shrug, though she wasn't going to let him pay 90% of the rent, at the very least she could afford to do 25% that would be $500 that he could save if she did decide to make an offer. "Male stripper I assume considering the club you work at and your heavily maintained physique." She replied, such thins not bothering her, at least so long as it wasn't anything directed at her.
