"I can't help but be suspicious though. Seems a little too good of a deal to me, of course I wouldn't be agreeing to the paying only ten percent. I can afford twenty-five. I don't mind cleaning so that's not a big deal to me, but still, too good of a deal it seems. Call me paranoid. Any other kind of catch?"

"lots of annoying papers" he said walking up to the nicest building on the block and walked in as the gate attendant let them pass "not that look again im showing her the apartment" he said noticing the face he made as they walked in and he took her to the elevator pressing the button foe the 10th floor on the top
